I had the opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive consulting plan for Choice Automotive, a small business located in the Twin Cities. Positive structural changes were made through data collection, data interpretation as well as designing evaluation forms, training assessments, and business needs assessments. Before implementation, I was able to address the client's main concerns which included establishing business training goals, establishing roles, and increasing internal organizational communication.
