Completed over the course of four months through intensive research and evaluation, I had the pleasure of working with the non-profit organization known as Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Utilizing a hands-on consultative approach, I was able to gain insight into the organization and its competitors to establish what can be improved from an internal perspective.

Completed using networking, research, and utilizing online research tools, this detailed consultation plan was completed by extensive planning, implementing creative solutions, and following up with a program evaluation.
